ZIYA — RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Last updated: 22 August 2026
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
ZIYA does not offer returns or refunds where you have simply changed your mind.
This includes situations where you no longer want the product, purchased the wrong product, or otherwise change your mind after purchase.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Your rights are different if a product does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for a disclosed purpose, does not match its description, or otherwise has a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law.
Consumer guarantees cannot be removed or reduced by a store's returns policy.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
ziiyaheadwear@outlook.com
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs of the product and packaging where relevant.
INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, please contact us at:
ziiyaheadwear@outlook.com
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable remedy.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND
Before sending any product back to ZIYA, please contact us at ziiyaheadwear@outlook.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Please do not send products to an address without first contacting ZIYA.
REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method where practicable.
The time for the refunded amount to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are subject to the same Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees as full-price items.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
